Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes. We provide all standard cleaning supplies, products, and equipment needed for your service.

If you would like us to use a specific product, the client is responsible for purchasing that product in advance and having it available at the home when our team arrives. We do not make store runs, purchase specialty products on behalf of clients, or buy products with the promise of later reimbursement.

If a requested product is not available at the time of service, our team will proceed using our standard supplies. We are unable to return on another day, extend the appointment, or delay the service because a specific product will be available later.
