Can you clean while pets are in the home?

Yes. We are happy to clean homes with pets present. However, for everyone’s safety, all pets should be crated or secured in a separate room while our team is cleaning.

Please note that we do not re-clean areas that pets soil, shed on, or otherwise disturb after they have already been cleaned. Our team is also not responsible for supervising, feeding, walking, moving, or caring for pets during the appointment.

If your pet poses an escape risk, it is the client’s responsibility to properly secure the pet before our team arrives. The Maid Society is not responsible for lost, loose, or escaped pets.
